Why buy a program from us

Selling training PDFs takes an afternoon. Judging one from the outside is harder, because the cover of a bad program looks a lot like the cover of a good one. The differences live on the session pages, so that is where we make this case.

The pages

The most common training PDF on the internet is week one, photocopied twelve times. We write each session as its own page. Week nine of a twelve-week program carries different exercises and different targets from week one, because by then you are a different lifter. That is thousands of individually written pages across the catalogue.

Every working set carries printed sets, reps, rest and an effort target. The effort target is reps in reserve, the count of reps you leave in the tank when the set ends. Most programs open with a calibration week to find your working weights, some with two, and the common twelve-week shape runs two five-week blocks with an easier deload week between them. Both the calibration week and the deload appear in the program as scheduled weeks with pages of their own.

The rules

Each program is built for one set of equipment and stays inside it for the full run. Dumbbell Only spends twelve weeks on two adjustable dumbbells and a bench. If the program was not built for the gear, the sessions do not use it.

The PDFs carry no marketing. Programs instruct and the store sells. An automated check holds that line: a build fails the moment a program's opening pages promise anything its sessions do not contain.

The file

You buy a document and keep it. Read it on your phone, or print it and write your numbers on it in pencil. It reads the same in ten years. No subscription sits behind it and no app sits between you and your training. If this store vanished tomorrow, your copy would not notice.

If you are sceptical, stay sceptical. Read the guides on this site, then open any program's product page and check it against what this page claims. The catalogue runs from two sessions a week to six, and from no equipment at all to a full gym. Pick the one that matches the days you can train and the gear you own, and start.
