Digital delivery only
We sell digital training programs, so there is nothing to post and no shipping fees. Everything is delivered electronically.
How and when you receive your program
As soon as your payment is confirmed, the download link is emailed to the address you used at checkout. The email normally arrives within a minute or two.
What you receive
Your program is a PDF. You can open it on any phone, tablet or computer with a PDF reader, and print it if you would rather train from paper.
Did not get your email?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If it still has not arrived, email admin@programmd.co with your order number and we will resend your download link.
