These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Programmd. ("we", "us", "our") and the purchase of our digital training programs and related content (the "Products" and "Services"). By using this website or buying a Product, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

Programmd. is a trading name operated from Australia. You can reach us at admin@programmd.co.

What you are buying

Our Products are downloadable training programs delivered as a print-ready PDF. You choose one yourself, or use our quiz, which recommends the program in our catalogue that best matches your answers. They are not physical goods, an app, or a subscription. Once your order is complete you receive the file to download and keep.

Health and safety disclaimer

Our Products are general fitness information, not medical advice, and we are not your doctor, coach, or healthcare provider. Strength training carries an inherent risk of injury. Before starting any program you should speak with a qualified medical professional, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or have any heart, joint, blood-pressure, or other health condition.

Any loads, sets, reps or targets printed in a Product are suggestions to work towards, not instructions to lift a specific weight on your first day. Every program includes a calibration period, and you are responsible for adjusting the weights to your own ability, warming up properly, using correct technique, and stopping if anything hurts. You train at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of a Product.

Programs whose names mention a joint, a life stage or a condition, for example Back Smart, Knee Smart, Shoulder Smart, Postpartum and Vibrance, are general fitness programs for adults who have been cleared to train. They are not treatment. Each product page carries a who-it-is-not-for answer; read it before buying.

No guarantee of results

Results depend on many factors we do not control, including your effort, consistency, nutrition, sleep, genetics and starting point. We do not promise any specific outcome.

Your licence to use the Products

When you buy a Product we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own training. You may print it and keep your own copies. You may not resell, share, republish, distribute, or otherwise make the Product or its contents available to anyone else, whether for free or for payment.

Intellectual property

All content in the Products and on this website, including the programming, text, layout and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Buying a Product does not transfer ownership of that content to you.

Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. Our Products are written for adults and are not intended for minors.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown at checkout and are payable in the currency displayed. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Payments are handled by our third-party payment providers, and by paying you also agree to their terms.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve or withdraw Products and Services, and we may change these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you place it.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with a Product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
